Responsible for planning and implementing the necessary hardware, software and telecommunications equipment to maintain and/or enhance networks stability and security;
Provide tactical and strategic input on overall network planning and related projects and be responsible for documentation/project tracking, management reporting, analysis and recommendations. Provide Network hardware/software and TCP/IP planning and implementation support;
Maintain a complex range of computer network components and systems in a heterogeneous environment to include physical media, routers, switches, bridges, firewalls, IDS, gateways, and related software, hardware, and network management components;
Utilize monitoring, performance analysis, network management, software and hardware equipment to trouble shoot and isolate problems, gauge network performance, and trace data and protocol activity;
Provide client consulting and training on the interfacing and use of the network facilities; recommends and implements network policies and procedures and ensures adherence to security procedures;
Manage a multi-site MS Active Directory environment; identify and resolve interoperability issues between Active Directory and third party softwares, and resolve Active Directory, clustering, SMTP Routing problems affecting exchange environment.
Develop and maintain documentation for deliverable plans for Active Directory issues and recommendations, and perform web portal integration, application packaging network protocol analysis, and troubleshooting.
Utilize the following advanced technologies, tools and principles: MS Exchange, MS Active Directory, IIS, LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, WINS, SNMP.
Job Requirement: High School Diploma or foreign equiv. with 3 years of relevant IT experience.
