Responsible for the complete IT project life cycle development from design and development, to implementation and product deployment. Consult with hardware engineers and other engineering staff to evaluate interface between hardware and software, and analyze operational and performance requirements of overall system. Utilize the following advanced and cutting edge technologies: Peoplesoft HRMS, Benefits, Benadmin, eBenefits, Compensation modules, Mercury Quality Test Pro, Test Director, WinRunner, LoadRunner, MS SQL, Oracle, Java, C++, ERP systems, HTML. Involved in gathering and analyzing requirements, reviewing functional documentation for new features. Performed Fit Gap Analysis and Data Mapping. Provide functional, regression and performance testing using Mercury products. Evaluate and re-engineer existing business process to optimize clients’ operational effectiveness and business profit. Provide proper documentation code or other pertinent information in order to create, maintain, or update software manuals. Test product quality and stability. Formulate training programs and provide training support.
Job Requirement: Required: Associate’s degree or foreign equiv. with 2-yrs relevant IT exp. Job locations in NY, NY and other unanticipated client sites throughout US.
